The Heartland Regional Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) announces a meeting to discuss the Transportation Disadvantaged program and provide input to the Local Coordinating Board (LCB) serving DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Okeechobee counties, to which all persons are invited.
