Please mark your calendars for Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 2:00pm and plan to attend the Formational Meeting of the Heartland Regional Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), which covers DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, and Okeechobee Counties, as well as the Cities of Sebring and Avon Park. The complete agenda package will be sent to members of the CAC at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting. The TPO Board’s Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) serves to represent the broad cross-section of interested citizens in the transportation planning process in the Region and provide meaningful engagement while giving voice to their community. The committee was appointed by the TPO Board on October 21, 2015.
